Welcome to SACSA Easter Tournament 2026!

THINGS TO NOTE 

- Please do not delay the registrations as this will add additional burden on planning procedures.

- Please ensure that the form is filled out as accurately as possible. This will help avoid problems with registrations in the future and help you avoid extra costs to the registration.

- Before you begin, if you are registering as a New member, please have a photo of yourself and SA ID Document nearby or Passport.

Finally: If you are unsure whether you are currently registered, you'd like to know your registered Province, Please contact the registration secretary for further details. 

*** BY PROVIDING US WITH THE INFORMATION ON THIS FORM, YOU AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2026 EASTER TOURNAMENT AND WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE PAYMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS FORM. YOU ALSO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. All members are required to abide by the SACSA constitution.

2. All members are required to abide by the rules and regulations governing each sport.

3. All members are to participate in the games in a competitive and sporting nature.

4. All members are to respect SACSA, it's committee and all it's members

1. "New Membership” = if he/she has never played in a SACSA Easter Tournament before.

Section 4 - Transfer 

As per the Registration guidelines, there are three types of different Transfers 

1. Transfer - Player chooses to switch provinces from which they are currently registered, with SACSA. 

2. Temp loan - Temporary loan is made available to a player, if their SACSA registered province is not fielding a team and the player would like to play for another team. The player will retain his/her province.

3. If the individual has relocated and chooses to switch provinces.

NB: If you are unsure of your existing province - please contact the registration secretary.

Please upload either

2. Authorization from Chairman to move province

Section 6 - Indemnity Agreement

• I Acknowledge that I have familiarized myself with the nature and extent of the sport(s) and the risks and dangers to which I may be exposed as a result of my participation in the sport(s);

• Voluntarily assume the risks and dangers to which I may be exposed as a result of my participation in the Sport

• Indemnify and keep indemnified the Southern Africa Chinese Sports Association and/or its employees and/or representatives against all injury, loss, damage, costs and/or expenses which I and/or any other person may sustain or incur as a result of my participation in the Sport, including Covid related issues;

• Agree not to hold the Southern Africa Chinese Sports Association and/or its employees and/or representatives liable for any injury, loss, damage, costs and/or expenses which I may sustain or incur as a result of my participation in the Sport;

• Agree to follow all Covid-19 requirements and protocols related to the Tournament (if any);

• Agree that I take full responsibility for my actions and behavior while at tournament, and promise to act in a responsible manner, with decorum and dignity.
